For the eleventh time, Cyrill Pflugi is cooking together with fellow chefs. The group of guest chefs is impressive: Benjamin Hormann (Olympic champion and world champion with the German national cooking team), Hotel Brienz, Brienz, Thomas Krättli, head chef at Hotel Stoffel, Arosa, and co-owner of the catering company Simply Food, Bad Ragaz, Ole Petzold (previously sous-chef at Waldhotel Arosa and Schloss Binningen with 15 GaultMillau points), Yannick Hänggi (host at «What the foc?» in Basel, previously at Hof Maran and sous-chef at Restaurant Matisse with Erik Schröter with 1 Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points), Gerd Reber (head chef at Waldhotel Arosa with 16 GaultMillau points in the Restaurant Kachelofa-Stübli and member of the Cercle des Chefs de Cuisine Arosa), Karsten Zahn (formerly head chef at CristalloArosa and Hotel Hohe Promenade Arosa, currently working at Sportpark Rabenberg), Markus «Frosch» Trösch (cooking course instructor at Frog’s Crazy Kitchen, Berikon and member of the Cercle des Chefs de Cuisine Arosa).
At the Chef's Night you as a guest are not inactive. You can get your delicacies directly from the kitchen and can also get one or two tips from the professionals.
