Our cozy Maraner Stube with a large sun terrace is also ideal for a small snack in between meals. The pâtisserie is freshly made in-house every day. In the evening, you can order alpine dishes with an international touch from our exquisite evening menu. We focus on top regional products and traditional down-to-earthness, combined with innovative culinary art.

BÜNDNER STÜBLI

Fondue – a classic.

An authentic 19th-century Walser-style dining room—the perfect setting for our cheese specialties. By the way, our fondue comes from the traditional Swiss cheese maker JUMI, which has been synonymous with high-quality artisanal cheese and exceptional fondue and raclette creations for over five generations.

VERANDA

In spring 2021, we renovated our restaurants. Our half-board restaurant Veranda on the 1st floor has been given a completely new look. The new interior has the usual modern and homely style and has transformed our veranda into a true gem. Experience culinary moments of pleasure with panoramic views.

Where you can end the evening in comfort

After a day on the golf course or hiking trails, relax by the fireplace with a fine regional wine, or round off the evening with your favorite cocktail from our bar team. Our pool table is perfect for a fun family game in a friendly atmosphere.

STÜVA MEDERGEN

The perfect start to the day.

In the “Stüva Medergen” breakfast room, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the neighboring golf course. If you look even further afield, you can spot the Walser village of Medergen in the distance. The round crystal chandeliers, crafted from Swiss rock crystal, bathe the room in a pleasant light while creating an energizing atmosphere. The extensive selection of regional breakfast items is perfectly showcased on the breakfast buffet, crafted from natural stone and oak.
