In spring 2021 we have renovated our restaurants. Our half-board restaurant Veranda on the 1st floor has been given a completely new look. The new interior comes in the usual modern and homely style and has transformed our Veranda into a real gem. Experience culinary moments of pleasure with a panoramic view.

In the breakfast room “Stüva Medergen” you can enjoy
a magnificent view of the neighbouring cross-country ski trail. If you lift your gaze even further, you can spot the Walser village of Medergen in the distance. The round crystal chandeliers made of Swiss rock crystals bathe the room in a pleasant light and at the same time have an energising effect. On the newly created breakfast buffet made of natural stone and oak, the large regional breakfast selection is shown to its best advantage.

The Golfhuus – known for its cosy atmosphere inside by the fireplace and outside on the terrace as well as the breathtaking view of the golf course and the stunning mountain panorama. The two hosts Florian Ettinger (Chef de Service) and Felix Harm (Chef de Cuisine) serve you small and large delicacies.
Flambé salmon straight from the fire (to order in advance for 4 people or more)
with grilled vegetables, jacket potato and two kinds of dip.
Enjoy our Scottish “Label Rouge” salmon.
Spicy marinated, crispy on the outside and tender pink on the inside – straight from the fire to the table. A treat not to be missed.
