For the eleventh time, Cyrill Pflugi is cooking together with befriended chefs. The group of guest chefs is impressive.
At the Chef's Night you as a guest are not inactive. You can get your delicacies directly from the kitchen and can also get one or two tips from the professionals.







Our cozy Maraner Stube with a large sun terrace is also ideal for a small snack in between meals. The pâtisserie is freshly made in-house every day. In the evening, you can order alpine dishes with an international touch from our exquisite evening menu. We focus on top regional products and traditional down-to-earthness, combined with innovative culinary art.

In spring 2021, we renovated our restaurants. Our half-board restaurant Veranda on the 1st floor has been given a completely new look. The new interior has the usual modern and homely style and has transformed our veranda into a true gem. Experience culinary moments of pleasure with panoramic views.


After a day on the cross-country ski trail or on the winter hiking trails, enjoy a relaxing time with a fine regional wine by the fireplace or round off the evening with your favorite cocktail from our bar team. Our pool table is ideal for an exciting family duel in a convivial atmosphere.

In the "Stüva Medergen" breakfast room, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the neighboring cross-country ski trail. If you look even further, you can see the Walser village of Medergen in the distance. The round crystal chandeliers made of Swiss mountain crystals bathe the room in a pleasant light and have an energizing effect at the same time. The breakfast buffet made of natural stone and oak perfectly showcases the large regional breakfast selection.

The Golfhuus - known for its cozy atmosphere inside by the fireplace and outside on the terrace as well as the breathtaking view of the cross-country ski trail and the breathtaking mountain panorama.
Under the motto «Golfhuus goes Asia», head chef Ricardo Sapuppo brings his love for authentic Asian cuisine to Arosa. The dishes are inspired by his numerous stays abroad and travels in Southeast Asia and Australia. The highlights on the menu range from homemade dumplings to tender Indonesian beef rendang and Laksa soup, a classic dish from Malaysia and Singapore.
His many years of experience as Executive Sous Chef and his culinary travels have shaped his style and created a fusion of tradition and innovation. Experience flavors and textures that you would otherwise only find far away – here in Arosa.
