This winter the restaurat Golfhuus will transform into an asian pop-up restaurant. Chef Ricardo Sapuppo, Chef de Service Mandy Bromnitz and the team at the front serve you small and large delicacies.

With the motto “Golfhuus goes Asia” Chef Ricardo Sapuppo brings his love for authentic asian cuisin to Arosa. The dishes are inspired by his numerous travels to Southeast Asia and Australia. The highlights from the menu reaches from homemade dumplings  over the fine indonesian beef rendang to the Laksa soup, a classic dish from Malaysia and Singapour.

The new evening menu creates a fusion of tradition and innovation. Experience aromas and textures which you only find far away – and here in Arosa.

Breakfast traffic light

It is very important for us that you start your day perfectly with our breakfast. When there are a lot of guests, we would therefore like to provide you with a time recommendation with our “breakfast traffic light”.

Our breakfast traffic light is only switched on when needed. If you don’t see a traffic light that means we have enough space at any time in our breakfast room.

Salmon to go

SMOKE LABEL ROUGE

For our Label Rouge Scottish smoked salmon, we use a strictly controlled farmed salmon of the highest quality and taste.
We process around two tonnes of salmon per year. Our chef Cyrill Pflugi was able to learn the art of smoking in Scotland during his years of travelling. Before smoking, the salmon sides are marinated in a secret marinade consisting of 13 herbs. The most important thing is the regular check up during the 12-hour smoking process.
The smoke must not be too hot to prevent a cooking process and to avoid bitter substances in the smoked salmon.

Take a bite (or two) of Hof Maran home with you:

In one piece for CHF 9.90/100g or
cut for CHF 10.80/100g

you can get our home-smoked salmon in airtight packaging for take away.

The team at our reception will be happy to take your order until 6 p.m. on the evening before your departure.
