In April 2023, we started building our new car park and staff building in the north-east of our site.

You can now park your car in our newly built car park. As we only have a limited number of parking spaces, we recommend that you make a reservation.

There will be 36 staff rooms and a spacious car park with 21 parking spaces, equipped with charging stations for electric cars. During the summer season, part of the car park will serve as a secure parking area for mountain bikes. The new staff building will meet high ecological standards with an optimised construction method, energy from geothermal probes and a solar power system. The basement floors will be made of concrete, while the upper floors and the façade will be made of wood.

The contractors are almost exclusively from Arosa or the canton of Graubünden, which means that local businesses are also being supported in this construction phase.
