Our cosy Maraner Stube with large sun terrace is also ideal for the small hunger in between. The pâtisserie is made fresh in-house every day. In the evening you can order alpine dishes with an international touch from our exquisite evening menu. We focus on top regional products and traditional down-to-earthness, paired with innovative culinary art.

In spring 2021 we have renovated our restaurants. Our half-board restaurant Veranda on the 1st floor has been given a completely new look. The new interior comes in the usual modern and homely style and has transformed our Veranda into a real gem. Experience culinary moments of pleasure with a panoramic view.

The perfect start to the day.
In the breakfast room “Stüva Medergen” you can enjoy
a magnificent view of the neighbouring cross-country ski trail. If you lift your gaze even further, you can spot the Walser village of Medergen in the distance. The round crystal chandeliers made of Swiss rock crystals bathe the room in a pleasant light and at the same time have an energising effect.

The two hosts Florian Ettinger (Chef de Service) and Felix Harm (Chef de Cuisine) serve you small and large delicacies.
